*Minor damages that happen in courier we don’t consider them as damages, like stone falling, diamond falling or anything which can easily be fixed with a fevikwik or glue.
*No refund/damage amount will be given or no exchange will be given in such cases *Exchange Rules:
- Unpacking video must be shared between 24hrs of the parcel received.
- Unpacking video is must and should be provided.
- Video with no pause and cut.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 days. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The product will be refunded only if it has manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also we will require a video of you opening the package so that we can ensure there was manufacturing defect of the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The rights of refunding will remain with Shringaar, If we decide not to refund the product customer cannot claim the same.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
